How do you measure success?

I measure success by answering the following question with a “yes.” Did we resolve the problem in a way that brings you peace?

What is the most important thing you do for your clients?

The most valuable thing I can do for my clients is provide them with advice and information that empowers them. Having knowledge and options creates a sense of control in an otherwise chaotic time.

Do you have a personal motto?

“Throw kindness around like confetti” and “I shall pass this way but once; any good thing therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show, let me do it now.”

What are some causes you care about?

As a military spouse, I am proud to be involved in organizations that assist Veterans and their families, such as Wear Blue, Run to Remember, and the Seattle Stand Down. As a dog mom, I also support animal shelters and rescue organizations.

What are the best skills you bring to your job?

My listening skills, high level of empathy, and genuine desire to help people solve their problems.

Who is someone you admire and why?

I admire Ruth Bader Ginsberg for her relentless passion for the law and her family, and for the barriers she broke on behalf of all women in the practice of law.

How is McKinley Irvin different than other firms?

McKinley Irvin is different because the firm operates as a supportive family. This level of care, coupled with the vast resources of McKinley Irvin, truly make it special and a force to be reckoned with.
