Having personally experienced divorce and child custody issues, David Gross relates to his clients with genuine understanding and empathy. He seeks to reassure them that the outlook is never as dark as it seems.

"My clients are coming from a position of insecurity and fear of the unknown. I’m happy to guide them through the process and show them that there is light at the end of the tunnel."

As a former Senior Deputy Prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, David has extensive courtroom experience. He has tried over 150 cases in front of juries and has significant familiarity with domestic violence matters. His background as a litigator makes him especially tenacious in family court.

David is passionate about the law and devotes his rare spare time to teaching and writing about various legal topics. He has served as an adjunct professor at Delaware Law School and at the University of Washington School of Law and has addressed high schools, colleges, police academies, and domestic violence shelters throughout the country on a variety of legal topics.
