Cameron Fleury Launches Arbitration Practice At McKinley Irvin

As the courts are currently limiting or postponing hearings due to the Coronavirus, many people are left putting their family law matters on hold. To provide an option for parties who want to proceed with moving their matters forward, Partner Cameron Fleury helped launch temporary order arbitration services at McKinley Irvin.

"Arbitrating temporary orders is a new tool in the family law attorney’s toolbox to help represent clients and resolve temporary orders in an effective and timely manner during this unprecedented time.”

Cameron, along with Jamie R. WalkerKim SchnuelleTheresa R. Lorella, and Mark Arend will assist parties with obtaining temporary orders for a flat fee. In compliance with social distancing guidelines, temporary order arbitration will be held remotely via videoconference or teleconference for the safety of all participants.

With considerable experience as an attorney, mediator, and pro tempore Superior Court commissioner, Cameron has a comprehensive understanding of the complex legal and financial issues involved in divorce. He is a certified mediator with Strauss Institute training at Pepperdine.

See Cameron’s blog explaining the benefit of arbitration services during COVID-19 and beyond. Read his attorney profile here.
